Welcome to Adriatic Booking Agency (https://adriaticbooking.agency/). By accessing or using our website and booking services for Adriatic sailing, summer vacations, and boat rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Adriatic Booking Agency.
  • “You”, “Client”, “Customer” refers to any person using the website or booking services.
  • “Charter” refers to the boat rental or sailing vacation arranged through our agency.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.
  • To secure a reservation, a booking deposit (typically 30–50% of the total price) is required upon booking approval. The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation, usually 6-8 weeks before the start of your vacation.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and credit card.
  • Prices are subject to change until deposit payment is received and your booking is confirmed.

3. Included and Excluded Services

  • The booking price covers the use of the vessel with standard equipment, insurance for the boat, and basic amenities as described in your booking confirmation.
  • Excluded costs may include fuel, marina fees, skipper or hostess services, food and beverages, and other optional extras.

4. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required before taking possession of the vessel. The deposit covers potential damages, loss of equipment, or non-compliance with return conditions.
  • The security deposit will be refunded in full upon satisfactory return of the vessel, minus any deductions for damages or losses as assessed during check-out.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information during booking and comply with all instructions regarding the use of the vessel.
  • The vessel must be returned at the agreed time and location, clean, with a full fuel tank, and in the same condition as received.
  • You are responsible for the conduct of all guests on board and for any damage caused during the charter period.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 6-8 weeks before departure may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 6-8 weeks before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your booking confirmation and may vary depending on the charter partner.

7. Changes and Availability

  • All bookings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without notice until confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure, and will offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

8. Liability

  • Adriatic Booking Agency acts as an intermediary between you and the charter provider. We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
  • You use the vessel and any additional equipment at your own risk.

9. Insurance

  • The vessel is insured as required by law. Personal travel insurance for all guests is strongly recommended.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Croatian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
